# How to Enable Push Notifications for Team Members and Admins on Picktime

Picktime lets you send push notifications to team members and admins through the Picktime mobile app. These notifications help your team stay updated about booking activities without needing to check the web dashboard every time.

Push notifications are useful for keeping staff informed on the go, especially when they manage appointments, classes, or customer bookings from their mobile phones.

## Step 1: Go to Setup

Log in to your Picktime account. From the left-side menu, click **Setup**.

On the Setup page, select **Notifications**.

## Step 2: Open Team Member Notification Settings

On the Notifications page, click the **Team Member** tab.

This section allows you to manage notification settings for team members and admins.

## Step 3: Enable Push Notifications and Save

Scroll down to the **Push Notifications (Mobile App)** section.

Here, you can enable:
* **Send push notifications to team member**
* **Send push notifications to admin**

Select the checkbox for the push notification option you want to enable. After selecting the required options, click **Save** in the top-right corner.

Once saved, Picktime will send push notifications based on the settings you selected.

|| Note: Only team members and admins who have the Picktime mobile app installed on their mobile phones and have app notifications enabled will receive push notifications.
