# How to Enable Today’s Events Email Notifications for Team Members on Picktime

Picktime lets you send a daily email to team members with their events for the day. This helps team members review their schedule in advance, prepare for upcoming bookings, and stay organized throughout the day.

Each team member who has bookings for the day will receive a **Today’s Events** email notification at the selected time.

## Step 1: Go to Setup

Log in to your Picktime account. From the left-side menu, click **Setup**.

On the Setup page, select **Notifications**.

## Step 2: Open Team Member Notification Settings

On the Notifications page, click the **Team Member** tab.

This section allows you to manage notifications, reminders, and daily schedule emails sent to team members.

## Step 3: Enable Today’s Events Email

Scroll down to the **Today Appointments (Email)** section.

Select the checkbox for **Send an email with today's events to a team member**.

Once enabled, each team member who has bookings for the day will receive a Today’s Events email at the time you set. This allows them to review their schedule for the day and prepare before their appointments or class sessions begin.

## Step 4: Select the Time and Save

After enabling the option, choose the time you want the Today’s Events email to be sent.

Use the time dropdown to select your preferred time, then click **Save** in the top-right corner.

## Today’s Events Email is now enabled

Once saved, Picktime will send the daily schedule email to team members who have bookings for that day.

This helps your team stay informed about upcoming appointments, classes, and bookings without checking the calendar manually at the start of the day.
