# How to Enable Two-Factor Authentication in Picktime

Two-Factor Authentication adds an extra layer of security to your Picktime account. Once enabled, you will need to enter a 6-digit verification code from an authenticator app when logging in.

You can use apps such as **Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, or Microsoft Authenticator** to generate the code.

## Step 1: Go to Setup > User Profile

* From your Picktime dashboard, click **Setup** from the left-side menu.
* On the Setup page, select **User Profile**.

* Inside **User Profile**, click the **Password Settings** tab.
* Under this tab, you will see the **Two-Factor Authentication** option. Turn on the toggle to enable it.
* Please QR code using your authenticator app and enter the 6-digit code generated by the app to complete the verification.
* Once the process is completed, Two-Factor Authentication will be enabled for your account.

## Important Notes

|| Two-Factor Authentication needs to be enabled separately for each user account.

|| Please advise your team members to enable it from their own accounts by going to: Setup → User Profile → Password Settings → Enable Two-Factor Authentication

|| This helps improve login security for every team member using your Picktime account.
