# How to Send ICS Attachment to Customers in Picktime Confirmation Emails

Picktime allows you to send an ICS file attachment in customer booking confirmation emails. Customers can use this file to add the booking to their personal calendar.

## Step 1: Go to Setup and open Notifications

Log in to your Picktime account. From the left-side menu, click **Setup**. On the Setup page, select **Notifications**.

## Step 2: Go to the Settings tab

On the Notifications page, click the **Settings** tab at the top.

## Step 3: Enable ICS file attachment and save the changes

Under **Other Settings**, select the checkbox for:

* **Send ICS file attachment**

After selecting the option, click **Save** in the top-right corner.

Once saved, Picktime will include the ICS file attachment in customer booking confirmation emails.

|| Note: Customers can download or open the ICS file from the confirmation email to add the booking to their calendar.
