# What is a Roster? How is it useful?

A roster is a list showing the working hours of team members for a particular week. But setting up regular working hours doesn't suit everybody’s requirements. While some business work on a standard set of times, some businesses don’t. Hence we introduced a Roster. By using a roster, you can turn your staff working hours and set a new schedule everyday or for a week.
