How to Create and Manage Discount Coupons in Picktime

Discount Coupons in Picktime help you attract new customers, promote specific services, and increase bookings through special offers. Follow the steps below to create and manage discount coupons for your business.

Step 1: Navigate to Discount Coupons

• Log in to your Picktime account.
• From the left-side menu, go to Promotions.
• Click on Discount Coupons.
• Click the New Coupon button at the top right corner.

Step 2: Enter Coupon Details

In the coupon creation window:

• Coupon Name: Enter a name for internal tracking (e.g., WEEKEND20).
• Coupon Code: Enter a custom code or click Generate to create one automatically.
• Locations: Select the business location(s) where the coupon will be valid.
• Offer Applications: Choose whether the coupon applies to Items (specific services) or Categories (an entire service category).
• Discount Value: Select Percentage (%) for percentage discounts or Fixed Amount ($) for flat discounts, then enter the discount value.

Step 3: Configure Advanced Settings (Optional)

You can further customize your coupon with the following options:

• Set Offer Validity Date – Define launch and expiry dates.
• Limit Usage Per User – Restrict how many times a customer can use the coupon.
• Minimum Purchase Amount – Set a minimum booking value required to apply the coupon.
• Available On – Select specific days of the week.
• Allow in Online Booking Page – Enable this to let customers apply the coupon during online booking.
• Show Code to Customers – Display the coupon code publicly on your booking page.

After configuring the settings, click Save.

How Customers Apply the Coupon:

When customers book an appointment:

1. In the final step before confirming the booking, they will see the option to Enter offer/promo code.
2. They can manually enter the coupon code and click Apply,

OR

3. Select from available coupons and click Tap to Apply.
4. Once applied, the discount will be reflected in the booking summary, and the updated total will be displayed.

Managing Coupons:

You can return to Promotions > Discount Coupons anytime to:

• View active coupons
• Edit coupon details
• Track usage history
• Disable or delete coupons

By using discount coupons effectively, you can run seasonal promotions, reward loyal customers, and boost appointment bookings directly through your Picktime online booking system.
