How to Cancel Your Subscription on Picktime?
If you want to stop using Picktime’s paid plan, you can cancel your subscription by downgrading your account to the Free plan from the billing settings.
Important Notes Before Cancelling
- When cancelling your subscription, you can choose to end it immediately or at the end of your current billing period.
- If you select End of the current period, your paid plan and premium features will remain active until the date shown on the cancellation screen. Your subscription will then expire automatically, and you will not be charged again.
- If you select Immediately, your paid subscription will end right away, and you will lose access to the premium features included in your plan.
- Before cancelling immediately, make sure you are ready to move to the limits and features available on the Free plan.
Steps to Cancel Your Picktime Subscription
1. Go to Setup → Plans & Billing
- Log in to your Picktime account.
- From the left sidebar, click Setup.
- Select Plans & Billing.
- Under the Plan Details tab, click Change Plan.

2. Select the Free Plan
- The Pricing Plans window will appear.
- Locate the Free Plan.
- Click Downgrade under the Free plan to cancel your paid subscription.

Choose When You Want Your Subscription to End
After you proceed with cancelling your subscription, Picktime will ask you to choose when you would like the cancellation to take effect.
You will see two options:
- End of the current period: Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You can continue using your paid plan and its features until the date shown on the screen. After this date, the subscription will expire automatically, and you will not be charged again.
- Immediately: Your paid subscription will end immediately. Select this option if you do not want to continue using the paid plan for the remainder of your billing period.
Select your preferred option and click Proceed.
If you select End of the current period
Your subscription will be scheduled to cancel automatically at the end of the current billing period. No additional cancellation steps are required.
Once the cancellation is scheduled, you may no longer see an option to downgrade to the Free plan because your paid subscription is already set to expire at the end of the billing period.

If you select Immediately

Click Proceed and continue with Step 3 and the remaining cancellation steps below.
3. Confirm the Plan Change
- A confirmation popup will appear asking if you want to switch to the Free Plan.
- Click Proceed to continue.

4. Complete the Downgrade
- A Downgrade window will appear showing the features that will be disabled.
- Select a reason for downgrade from the dropdown list.
- Click Downgrade to confirm cancellation of your subscription.

What Happens After Cancellation?
What happens next depends on the cancellation option you select.
If You Select End of the Current Period
- Your paid subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- You can continue using the premium features included in your plan until the displayed expiration date.
- Your subscription will automatically expire at the end of that period.

- No additional cancellation steps are required after scheduling the cancellation.
If You Select Immediately
- Your paid subscription will end immediately.
- Your account will move to the Free plan.
- Premium features included in your paid plan will no longer be available.
- Your existing data, such as appointments, customers, and services, will remain in your account.
- Features and limits available only on paid plans will no longer be accessible. This may include additional team members, classes, resources, and other premium capabilities included with your previous subscription.
