How to Delete Your Picktime Business Account?

If you no longer need your Picktime business account, you can permanently delete it by following below steps. Please note that this action will remove all your business data from Picktime and cannot be undone.


Important Notes Before Deleting


  • Ensure your account is on the Free plan before attempting to delete your business account. If you are on a paid plan, please downgrade to the free plan first.
  • Deleting your business account is permanent. Once deleted, all associated data will be erased and cannot be recovered, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


Steps to Delete Your Picktime Business Account


1. Go to Setup → General


  • Log in to your Picktime account.
  • From the left sidebar, click Setup.
  • Select General.
  • Open the Account Details tab.
  • Scroll down to the Danger Zone section and click Delete Business.


2. Confirm the Deletion


  • A confirmation popup will appear.
  • Type DELETE in the confirmation field.
  • Click Delete Business to permanently remove the account.


What Happens After Deletion?


Once the business account is deleted:


  • All bookings, customers, services, staff data, and settings will be permanently removed.
  • The deleted data cannot be restored.
  • You will need to create a new business account if you wish to use Picktime again.
