How to Update Business Email Address in Picktime
- Navigate to Setup:
The first step in updating your business email address is to access the Setup section. Log in to your Picktime account and you can locate the Setup menu in the left side navigation.

- Access User Profile:
Within the Setup menu, you can find the 'User Profile' option. Click on it to access your user details.

- Locate Email ID:
Once in the User Profile section, identify the 'EMAIL ID' field. This is where you will enter your new email address.

- Enter New Email Address:
In the EMAIL ID field, input the new email address by clicking Edit option ( pencil icon ) that you want to associate with your business. Ensure that this email is not already registered as an Admin, Team member, or customer in any Picktime business.

- Verification Process:
After entering the new email address, Picktime will initiate a verification process. A passcode will be sent to the email address you provided.

- Verify Email Address:
Retrieve the passcode from your email. Enter the passcode received in the designated area to verify your new email address. This step ensures the accuracy and security of the information being updated.


- Automatic Update Across Businesses and Team
Once the email address is successfully verified, Picktime will automatically update it across all associated businesses and within the Team list.
