How to Enable Email Reminders on Picktime?

To enable Email Reminders, 


  • Go to Setup>> Notifications.


  • Under Customers tab>> Under Reminders>>Enable 'Send Email Reminders before', and set the duration as per your requirement>>Save it.


  • Under Team members tab>>Under Reminders>>Enable 'Send Email Reminders before', and set the duration as per your requirement>>Save it.


  • Under Resources tab>> Under Reminders>> Under Reminders>>Enable 'Send Email Reminders before', and set the duration as per your requirement>>Save it.


  • Based on the reminder duration settings, email reminders will be triggered. 



Note: Email Reminders feature is available under Starter plan and Pro plan
