SMS Policy

SMS is a great way to send a booking confirmation or a reminder to avoid no-shows and keep them connected with your business.

The number of SMS messages you can send depends on the plan and credits. Picktime's monthly/yearly subscription plans include free SMS credits for each premium plan.

The Starter monthly plan gets 50 SMS free credits per month, and the Starter yearly plan gets 600 SMS free credits per year.

Meanwhile, the Pro monthly plan gets 100 SMS free credits per month, and the Pro yearly plan gets 1200 SMS free credits per year.

In Pro plan monthly, for every extra 10 team members, you will get 100 free credits and for Pro plan yearly for every extra 10 team members, you will get 1200 free credits

1 credit = 1 SMS

Free credits expire according to your plan expiry date. Unused free credits will not carry to the next month.

In the event your expected booking volume is higher than free credits, you can buy paid credits.

50 credits - $5

100 credits - $10

250 credits - $25

500 credits - $50

1000 credits - $100

To buy SMS Credits, follow the below-mentioned steps,

• Go to Setup>>Notifications
• On the top menu, Click on settings
• Under SMS credits table, click on Buy credits link.

Note: The SMS option is available in Paid Plans only. Any unused paid credits will be carry forwarded to the next month. In order to buy/use paid credits, Users should be subscribed to a Paid Plan
