How to Add or Update an Announcement Bar on Your Picktime Booking Page

Picktime allows you to add an announcement bar to your booking page. This helps you display important updates, offers, or short messages at the top of your customer-facing booking page.

You can use the announcement bar to highlight new client offers, seasonal promotions, booking updates, or any message you want customers to notice before they book an appointment.

Step 1: Go to Online Booking

From the left-side menu, click Online Booking.

Step 2: Open the Booking Page section

On the Online Booking page, click the Booking Page tab.

Scroll through the booking page settings until you find the Announcement Bar section.

Step 3: Add or update the announcement and save the changes

In the Announcement Bar field, enter the message you want to display on your booking page.

For example, you can add a message like:

New Client Offer: Book Your First Salon Appointment And Get 15% Off.

After adding or updating the announcement, click Save in the top-right corner.

Step 4: Check the announcement on your booking page

Once saved, open your customer-facing booking page.

The announcement appears as a scrolling message at the top of the booking page.

Note: Keep your announcement short, clear, and easy to read. This helps customers quickly understand the offer or update before they continue with the booking.
