How to Send Booking Cancellation and Reschedule Links to Customers in Picktime Confirmation Emails

Picktime allows you to send booking cancellation and reschedule links to customers in their confirmation emails. Customers can use these links to cancel or reschedule their bookings directly from the email.


Step 1: Go to Setup and open Notifications


Log in to your Picktime account. From the left-side menu, click Setup. On the Setup page, select Notifications.


Step 2: Go to the Settings tab


On the Notifications page, click the Settings tab at the top.



Under Other Settings, select the checkboxes for:


  • Send booking cancellation link to customer
  • Send booking reschedule link to customer


After selecting the required options, click Save in the top-right corner.


Once saved, Picktime will include the booking cancellation and/or reschedule links in customer confirmation emails.



Note: Customers can use these links based on your cancellation and rescheduling settings.
