How to Enable and Manage Reviews in Picktime
Picktime’s Reviews feature lets customers leave feedback after booking an appointment. Businesses can collect ratings, review customer comments, reply to reviews, and decide which reviews should be published publicly.
Once reviews are enabled, customers will see a Leave Review option after their booking is confirmed. From there, they can rate the service, write a review, and submit their feedback.
Steps to Enable and Manage Reviews
Step 1: Enable Reviews from Online Booking Settings
- Log in to your Picktime account and select Online Booking from the left-side menu. Then, click the Settings tab at the top of the page.
- Scroll down to the Review Settings section.
- Turn on the Enable Reviews toggle to allow customers to leave reviews after booking.
- You can also turn on Do Not Auto Publish if you want to manually review and approve each customer review before it becomes visible publicly. This is a premium feature.
- After enabling the required settings, click the Save button in the top-right corner of the page.


Step 2: Customer Leaves a Review After Booking
Once reviews are enabled, customers can leave a review from the booking confirmation page.
After their booking is confirmed, they can click Leave Review. A review popup will appear where they can:
- Select a star rating
- Write a review about the service
- Click Submit Review


After submission, the review will be available in your Picktime dashboard under the Reviews section.
Step 3: Reply to a Review
- To respond to a customer review, click Reviews from the left-side menu in your Picktime dashboard.
- Find the review you want to respond to and click Reply.
- Enter your response in the reply box and click Add.
- Your reply will be saved with the review. This helps your business acknowledge customer feedback and show that you value their experience.

Step 4: Reject a Review
- If you do not want a review to be visible publicly, you can reject it from the Reviews page.
- Click Reject next to the review.
- Picktime will show a confirmation popup asking if you are sure you want to reject the published review. Click Yes, Reject to confirm.
- Once rejected, the review will no longer be visible publicly.
- If you want to make a rejected review visible again later, you can click on Publish **on the rejected review i**n Rejected tab.



Step 5: Delete a Review
- If you want to remove a review from your dashboard, click the three-dot menu next to the review.
- Select Delete Review from the dropdown menu.
- Use this option when you no longer want to keep the review in your Picktime account.

Important Note
If Do Not Auto Publish is enabled, customer reviews will not be published automatically. You can manually publish or reject or delete them from the Reviews page.

Rejecting a review only prevents it from being visible publicly. Deleting a review removes it from your dashboard.
