How to Update Email Signature in Booking Emails Sent to Customers

Picktime allows you to update the email signature that appears in booking emails sent to customers.


Step 1: Go to Setup and open Notifications


Log in to your Picktime account. From the left-side menu, click Setup. On the Setup page, select Notifications.


Step 2: Go to the Settings tab


On the Notifications page, click the Settings tab at the top.


Step 3: Update the email signature and save the changes


Under Email Signature, enter or update the signature you want to include in customer booking emails.


After updating the email signature, click Save in the top-right corner.


Once saved, the updated email signature will appear in booking emails sent to customers.


Note: Make sure the email signature includes the correct business name or message before saving the changes.
