How to Add or Update Terms and Conditions on Your Picktime Booking Page

Picktime lets you add a Terms and Conditions link to your booking page so customers can review your policies before completing their appointment. You can also choose whether customers need to manually check the Terms and Conditions box or have it checked automatically when they reach the booking details page.

Step 1: Go to Online Booking

Log in to your Picktime account.

From the left-side menu, click Online Booking.

Step 2: Open the Terms & Conditions section

Go to the Booking Page tab and scroll down to the Terms & Conditions section.

Here, you will see the Terms & Conditions field where you can add your policy link.

Enter your Terms and Conditions page link in the field.

In this example, the Check terms and conditions on load option is not selected. This means customers will need to manually check the Terms and Conditions box before they can proceed with the booking.

Once the link is added, click Save.

Step 4: Check how it appears on the booking page

When customers visit your booking page and reach the details form, they will see the Terms and Conditions checkbox.

Since Check terms and conditions on load was not selected, customers will be prompted to check the box before booking.

Step 5: Enable automatic Terms and Conditions selection

If you want the Terms and Conditions checkbox to be selected automatically, go back to the Terms & Conditions section.

Check the Check terms and conditions on load option.

Once enabled, click Save.

Step 6: Check the updated booking page

Now, when customers reach the booking details page, the Terms and Conditions checkbox will already be selected.

Customers can still open the Terms and Conditions link to review your policy before completing the booking.

Note:

If Check terms and conditions on load is not selected, customers must manually check the Terms and Conditions box before proceeding.
If Check terms and conditions on load is selected, the checkbox will be automatically checked when customers land on the booking details page.
