How to Customize Online Booking Flow in Picktime

Picktime allows you to control the booking flow customers follow when they book with you online. With Custom Booking Flow, you can decide the order in which customers select booking details, such as Location and Service / Class / Resource.

Step 1: Go to Online Booking

Step 2: Open Settings

On the Online Booking page, click the Settings tab.

Step 3: Update Custom Booking Flow and save the changes

Scroll down to the Custom Booking Flow section.

Here, you can see the booking flow fields, such as Location and Service / Class / Resource.

Use the drag icon beside each field to rearrange the order. For example, you can place Location first if you want customers to choose the location before selecting a service, class, or resource.

After arranging the booking flow, click Save in the top-right corner.

Once saved, the updated flow will be applied to your Picktime online booking page.

Note: Custom Booking Flow helps you decide how customers move through the booking process. Arrange the flow in the order that makes the most sense for your business and customer booking experience.
