How to Disable Public Booking for a Service on Picktime

Picktime lets you disable public booking for a specific service without deleting the service from your account. This is useful when you do not want customers to book a service from your online booking page, but still want admins or team members to add that service manually from their end.

You can also use this option to pause bookings for a seasonal service. For example, if a service is only available during certain months, you can turn off public booking until you are ready to offer it again.

Step 1: Go to Booking Types

Log in to your Picktime account. From the left-side menu, click Booking Types.

Step 2: Open Services

On the Booking Types page, select Services.

This will take you to the list of services added to your Picktime account.

Step 3: Select the Service

From the services list, select the service for which you want to disable public booking.

Step 4: Disable Public Booking and Save

After selecting the service, you will be taken to the Service Details page.

In the Service Details tab, find the Allow Online Booking option. Turn off the Allow Online Booking toggle for the selected service.

After disabling it, click Save in the top-right corner.

Once saved, customers will no longer be able to book this service from your online booking page. The service will still remain available inside your Picktime account, so admins or team members can manually add it when creating bookings from their end.

Note: Disabling public booking does not delete the service. It only removes the service from customer-facing online booking. Admins and team members can still use the service internally when creating bookings. You can also use this setting to temporarily pause bookings for seasonal services.
