How to Download and Share Your Picktime Booking QR Code

Picktime lets you share your booking page through a QR code, making it easy for customers to scan and book appointments from their mobile devices. You can display the QR code at your storefront, reception desk, posters, flyers, or other customer-facing places.

When customers scan the QR code, the Picktime for Customers app may open automatically on most iOS devices through App Clip, even if the app is not installed. If the app does not open, the QR code will open your booking link in a browser so customers can continue booking online.

Step 1: Go to Online Booking

From your Picktime dashboard, click Online Booking from the left-side menu.

Step 2: Open the Booking Page Tab

On the Online Booking page, go to the Booking Page tab.

Here, you can view your business booking page link and the QR code linked to your booking page.

Step 3: Download or Copy the QR Code

On the right side of the Booking Page tab, you will see the Scan to Book QR code.

Click the Download icon to download the QR code and use it in printed materials, storefront displays, or posters.

You can also use the Copy icon to copy the QR code and share it digitally where needed.

Once shared, customers can scan the QR code and open your Picktime booking page to book appointments.

Note: The QR code connects customers to your Picktime booking page. On most iOS devices, it can open through the Picktime for Customers App Clip. If the app experience does not open, customers will still be redirected to the booking link in their browser.
