How to Enable and Share a Class-Specific Booking Link on Picktime

Picktime lets you create a booking link for a specific class. This is useful when you want customers to book one particular class directly without browsing through your full booking page.

Once enabled, you can copy and share the class-specific booking link with customers. When customers open the link, they will be directed to book that selected class.

Step 1: Go to Booking Types

Log in to your Picktime account. From the left-side menu, click Booking Types.

Step 2: Open Classes

On the Booking Types page, select Classes.

This will take you to the list of classes added to your Picktime account.

Step 3: Select the Class

From the classes list, select the class for which you want to enable and share a specific booking link.

Step 4: Enable, Save, and Share the Class Booking Link

After selecting the class, you will be taken to the Class Details page.

In the Class Details tab, scroll down to the Booking Link option. Turn on the Booking Link toggle for the selected class, then click Save in the top-right corner.

Once saved, Picktime will generate a class-specific booking link. Copy the link and share it with customers through your website, email, SMS, social media, or any other channel you use for bookings.

Customers who open this link can book that specific class directly.
