How to Enable and Share a Resource-Specific Booking Link on Picktime

Picktime lets you create a booking link for a specific resource. This is useful when you want customers to book a particular room, space, equipment, or resource directly without browsing through your full booking page.

Once enabled, you can copy and share the resource-specific booking link with customers. When customers open the link, they will be directed to book that selected resource.

Step 1: Go to Booking Types

Log in to your Picktime account. From the left-side menu, click Booking Types.

Step 2: Open Resources

On the Booking Types page, select Resources.

This will take you to the list of resources added to your Picktime account.

Step 3: Select the Resource

From the resource list, select the resource for which you want to enable and share a specific booking link.

Step 4: Enable, Save, and Share the Resource Booking Link

After selecting the resource, you will be taken to the Resource Details page.

In the Details tab, scroll down to the Booking Link option. Turn on the Booking Link toggle for the selected resource, then click Save in the top-right corner.

Once saved, Picktime will generate a resource-specific booking link. Copy the link and share it with customers through your website, email, SMS, social media, or any other channel you use for bookings.

Customers who open this link can book that specific resource directly.

Note: Make sure the resource has the correct location, available times, pricing, and duration set up so customers can view available slots when they use the booking link.
