How to Enable Two-Factor Authentication in Picktime

Two-Factor Authentication adds an extra layer of security to your Picktime account. Once enabled, you will need to enter a 6-digit verification code from an authenticator app when logging in.


You can use apps such as Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, or Microsoft Authenticator to generate the code.


Step 1: Go to Setup > User Profile


  • From your Picktime dashboard, click Setup from the left-side menu.
  • On the Setup page, select User Profile.



Step 2: Open Password Settings and Enable Two-Factor Authentication


  • Inside User Profile, click the Password Settings tab.
  • Under this tab, you will see the Two-Factor Authentication option. Turn on the toggle to enable it.
  • Please QR code using your authenticator app and enter the 6-digit code generated by the app to complete the verification.
  • Once the process is completed, Two-Factor Authentication will be enabled for your account.


Important Notes


Two-Factor Authentication needs to be enabled separately for each user account.


Please advise your team members to enable it from their own accounts by going to: Setup → User Profile → Password Settings → Enable Two-Factor Authentication


This helps improve login security for every team member using your Picktime account.
