How to Enable Variable Pricing for a Service on Picktime

Picktime lets you enable variable pricing for a service when the same service has different price or duration options. This is useful when you offer different versions of one service, such as a 10-minute, 15-minute, or 20-minute massage.

With variable pricing, customers can choose the option that works best for them before continuing with the booking.

Step 1: Go to Booking Types

Log in to your Picktime account. From the left-side menu, click Booking Types.

Step 2: Open Services

On the Booking Types page, select Services.

This will open the list of services added to your Picktime account.

Step 3: Select the Service

From the services list, select the service for which you want to enable variable pricing.

Step 4: Change Pricing to Variable, Add Options, and Save

After selecting the service, you will be taken to the Service Details page.

Under the Pricing dropdown, change the pricing type from Standard to Variable.

Once you select Variable, add the required pricing options for the service. Enter the details for each option, including Price, Duration, and Title.

For example, you can add options such as 10 Minutes Massage, 15 Minutes Massage, or 20 Minutes Massage.

To add more options, click Add Sub-service. Once all pricing options are added, click Save in the top-right corner.

Step 5: Check the Service on the Booking Page

After saving the changes, open your booking page and select the service.

Customers will now see the available pricing options for that service. They can choose the option they want and continue with the booking.

Note: Variable pricing is useful when one service has multiple versions, durations, or price points. It helps you keep similar service options under one service instead of creating separate services for each price or duration.
