How to Redirect Customers After Booking Confirmation in Picktime

Picktime allows you to redirect customers to another page after their booking is confirmed. If you want your customer to be taken directly to your website, store, feedback page, or any other page after booking confirmation, you can use the Redirect Link feature. Once the customer completes their booking and reaches the booking confirmation page, they will be redirected to the link you entered after 5 seconds.


Step 1: Go to Online Booking


Log in to your Picktime account. From the left-side menu, click Online Booking.


Step 2: Open Settings


On the Online Booking page, click the Settings tab.



Scroll down to the Booking Settings section.


Find the Redirect Link field.


Enter the link where you want customers to be redirected after their booking is confirmed. For example, you can add your website URL, online store link, or feedback form link.


After entering the redirect link, click Save in the top-right corner.


Step 4: Customer gets redirected after booking confirmation


Once saved, customers will first see the booking confirmation page after completing their booking.


After 5 seconds, Picktime will automatically redirect them to the link you added in the Redirect Link field.



Note: The Redirect Link automatically takes customers to another page after booking confirmation. If you want customers to choose whether to visit another page, use the Custom Button instead.
