How to Set or Update Business Name in Picktime

Picktime allows you to update the business name displayed in your account and booking-related details.


Step 1: Go to Setup and open General


Log in to your Picktime account. From the left-side menu, click Setup. On the Setup page, select General.


Step 2: Update the business name and save the changes


In the Business Details tab, enter or update your business name in the Business Name field.


After updating the business name, click Save in the top-right corner.


Once saved, the updated business name will be applied to your Picktime account.


Note: Make sure the business name is entered correctly before saving, as it appears in customer-facing booking details and emails.
