How to Show or Hide Prices on Your Picktime Booking Page

Picktime lets you control whether prices are displayed on your online booking page. You can choose to show or hide prices for Services, Classes, and Resources based on how you want customers to view your booking options.

When the Show Price option is enabled, customers can see the pricing on your booking page. When it is disabled, the prices will be hidden from the customer-facing booking page.

Steps to Show or Hide Prices

Step 1: Go to Online Booking Settings

Log in to your Picktime account and select Online Booking from the left-side menu. Then, click the Settings tab at the top of the page.

Step 2: Enable or Disable Show Price and Save

Scroll down until you find the Show Price option.

Use the toggle next to Show Price based on your preference:

• Turn it ON to display prices on your booking page.
• Turn it OFF to hide prices from your booking page.

This setting applies to the pricing shown for your Services, Classes, and Resources on the customer booking page.

After changing the setting, click the Save button in the top-right corner of the page.

Your changes will now be updated on your online booking page.

Important Note

Hiding prices from the booking page does not delete or change the actual price added to your Services, Classes, or Resources inside your Picktime account. It only controls whether customers can see the price while booking online.
