How to Show or Hide Booking Notes on Your Picktime Booking Page

Picktime lets you control whether customers can add booking notes while making an appointment through your online booking page.

The Booking Notes field gives customers an option to enter any additional information they want to share with the business before completing their booking. For example, they can mention special requests, instructions, preferences, or any important details related to their appointment.

When the Show Booking Notes option is enabled, customers will see a notes field on the booking page. When it is disabled, the notes field will be hidden from the customer-facing booking page.

Steps to Show or Hide Booking Notes

Step 1: Go to Online Booking Settings

Log in to your Picktime account and select Online Booking from the left-side menu. Then, click the Settings tab at the top of the page.

Step 2: Enable or Disable Show Booking Notes and Save

Scroll down until you find the Show Booking Notes option.

Use the toggle next to Show Booking Notes based on your preference:

  • Turn it ON to allow customers to enter booking notes while making a booking.
  • Turn it OFF to hide the booking notes field from your booking page.

This setting controls whether customers can add notes during the online booking process.

After changing the setting, click the Save button in the top-right corner of the page.

Your changes will now be updated on your online booking page.

Important Note

Disabling Show Booking Notes does not affect your existing bookings or other booking details. It only controls whether customers can see and use the notes field while booking online.

Summary

To show or hide booking notes on your booking page:

This helps you decide whether customers should be able to share extra information with your business during the booking process.
