How to Show or Hide Slots Available in Class Sessions on Your Picktime Booking Page

Picktime lets you control whether the number of available slots is displayed for class sessions on your online booking page. You can choose to show or hide available slots based on how much booking information you want customers to see.

When the Show Slots Available in Class Sessions option is enabled, customers can see how many spots are still available for a class session. When it is disabled, the available slot count will be hidden from the customer-facing booking page.

Steps to Show or Hide Slots Available in Class Sessions

Step 1: Go to Online Booking Settings

Log in to your Picktime account and select Online Booking from the left-side menu. Then, click the Settings tab at the top of the page.

Step 2: Enable or Disable Show Slots Available in Class Sessions and Save

Scroll down until you find the Show Slots Available in Class Sessions option.

Use the toggle next to Show Slots Available in Class Sessions based on your preference:

• Turn it ON to display the number of available slots for class sessions on your booking page.
• Turn it OFF to hide the number of available slots from your booking page.

This setting applies to the available slot count shown for Class Sessions on the customer booking page.

After changing the setting, click the Save button in the top-right corner of the page.

Your changes will now be updated on your online booking page.

Important Note

Hiding the available slot count from the booking page does not change the actual capacity or availability of your class sessions inside your Picktime account. It only controls whether customers can see the number of available slots while booking online.
