How to Show or Hide Duration on Your Picktime Booking Page

Picktime lets you control whether the duration is displayed on your online booking page. You can choose to show or hide the duration for Services, Classes, and Resources based on how you want customers to view your booking options.


When the Show Duration option is enabled, customers can see how long a service, class, or resource booking will take. When it is disabled, the duration will be hidden from the customer-facing booking page.


Steps to Show or Hide Duration


Step 1: Go to Online Booking Settings


Log in to your Picktime account and select Online Booking from the left-side menu. Then, click the Settings tab at the top of the page.



Step 2: Enable or Disable Show Duration and Save


Scroll down until you find the Show Duration option.


Use the toggle next to Show Duration based on your preference:


  • Turn it ON to display the duration on your booking page.
  • Turn it OFF to hide the duration from your booking page.


This setting applies to the duration shown for your Services, Classes, and Resources on the customer booking page, wherever duration is applicable.


After changing the setting, click the Save button in the top-right corner of the page.


Your changes will now be updated on your online booking page.



Important Note


Hiding duration from the booking page does not delete or change the actual duration added to your Services, Classes, or Resources inside your Picktime account. It only controls whether customers can see the duration while booking online.
