How to Show or Hide Description on Your Picktime Booking Page

Picktime lets you control whether descriptions are displayed on your online booking page. You can choose to show or hide descriptions for Services, Classes, and Resources based on how much information you want customers to see while booking.

When the Show Description option is enabled, customers can view the description added to your services, classes, or resources. When it is disabled, the descriptions will be hidden from the customer-facing booking page.

Steps to Show or Hide Description

Step 1: Go to Online Booking Settings

Log in to your Picktime account and select Online Booking from the left-side menu. Then, click the Settings tab at the top of the page.

Step 2: Enable or Disable Show Description and Save

Scroll down until you find the Show Description option.

Use the toggle next to Show Description based on your preference:

• Turn it ON to display descriptions on your booking page.
• Turn it OFF to hide descriptions from your booking page.

This setting applies to the descriptions shown for your Services, Classes, and Resources on the customer booking page, wherever descriptions are added.

After changing the setting, click the Save button in the top-right corner of the page.

Your changes will now be updated on your online booking page.

Important Note

Hiding descriptions from the booking page does not delete or change the actual description added to your Services, Classes, or Resources inside your Picktime account. It only controls whether customers can see the description while booking online.
