How to Set Up Microsoft Teams for Online Bookings on Picktime
Picktime lets you connect Microsoft Teams so video meeting links can be generated for online appointments. Once activated, a new online meeting location will be created, and customers can choose it while booking online.
Before enabling Microsoft Teams, make sure the assigned team members have enabled Outlook Calendar Two-Way Sync in Picktime. Microsoft Teams works only for team members who have synced their account with Exchange Online, Office 365, Hotmail, Live, MSN, or Outlook calendars.
Step 1: Enable Outlook Calendar Two-Way Sync for Team Members
Before setting up Microsoft Teams, enable Outlook Calendar Two-Way Sync for the team members who will be assigned to Microsoft Teams bookings.
