How to Show an Info Page Before Booking on Picktime

Picktime allows you to display an info page before customers start booking. This page works like a simple homepage for your booking page, where customers can view your business details, services, locations, about section, and reviews before they click Book Now.

By default, this option is disabled, so customers are taken directly to the booking flow. You can enable it from your Online Booking settings.

Step 1: Go to Online Booking

Step 2: Open Settings

On the Online Booking page, click the Settings tab at the top.

Step 3: Check the default booking page behavior

By default, SHOW AN INFO PAGE BEFORE BOOKING? is disabled, and customers will directly see the booking page.

Step 4: Enable the Info Page

To show an info page before booking, turn on the SHOW AN INFO PAGE BEFORE BOOKING? toggle.

After enabling it, click Save in the top-right corner to apply the changes.

Step 5: View the Info Page on your booking page

Once saved, customers will first see the info page before starting the booking process. This page works like a homepage for your business, where customers can view business details, browse the catalog, check locations, read about your business, and view reviews.

Note: If you do not see the updated page immediately, refresh your booking page after saving the changes.
