How to Hide Title/Description in Google/Outlook Calendar Events in Picktime

If you enable Google, Outlook, or iCloud calendar sync, your calendar events will be synced to your Picktime calendar along with the event titles and descriptions. If you do not wish to display the titles and descriptions of these synced events on your Picktime calendar, you can enable this setting.

Step 1: Go to Setup and open General

On the Setup page, select General.

Step 2: Enable Hide Title/Description and save the changes

In the General settings page, click the Calendar Preferences tab.

Find the Hide Title/Description in Google/Outlook Calendar Events option.

Turn on the toggle button to hide the titles and descriptions of synced calendar events.

After enabling the option, click Save in the top-right corner.

Once saved, the titles and descriptions of synced Google, Outlook, or iCloud calendar events will no longer be displayed on your Picktime calendar.

Note: This setting only hides the title and description of synced external calendar events on your Picktime calendar. It does not remove or delete the events from your connected calendar.
