How to Set a Booking Window for Online Bookings in Picktime

Picktime allows you to set a specific booking window for your online booking page. By enabling the Booking Window Starts At & Ends At setting, you can decide when customers can start booking appointments and when the booking window should close.

Step 1: Go to Online Booking

Step 2: Open Settings

On the Online Booking page, click the Settings tab.

Step 3: Enable Booking Window Starts At & Ends At and save the changes

Scroll down to the Booking Restrictions section.

Find the Booking Window Starts At & Ends At option and turn on the toggle button.

Select the Start Date and End Date for your booking window.

For example, if you set the booking window to start on 22 Jun 2026 and end on 30 Jun 2026, customers will only be able to book appointments within that selected date range.

After selecting the dates, click Save in the top-right corner.

Once saved, the booking window will be applied to your Picktime online booking page.

Note: This setting helps you control the exact date range when customers can book appointments online. It is useful for seasonal services, limited-time availability, special events, temporary schedules, or short booking periods.
