How to Update Calendar Slot Duration in Picktime

Picktime allows you to update the slot duration displayed on your dashboard calendar. This helps you view your calendar in time intervals that match how you manage appointments and bookings.

Step 1: Go to Setup and open General

On the Setup page, select General.

Step 2: Update the Calendar Slot Duration and save the changes

In the General settings page, click the Calendar Preferences tab.

Go to the Slot Duration field and click the dropdown menu.

Select your preferred slot duration from the available options, such as 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 45, or 60 minutes.

After selecting the slot duration, click Save in the top-right corner.

Once saved, the updated slot duration will be applied to your Picktime dashboard calendar.

Note: By updating the Calendar Slot Duration, the time slots displayed in the dashboard calendar will appear based on your selected setting whenever you open the calendar.
